Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all monthly/annual software rental subscriptions purchased from Info Web Software, billed and processed through Razorpay.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your software subscription at any time by informing us via email at info@infowebsoftware.com or by calling/WhatsApp +91 9627407876, at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellation will stop future billing; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for the current billing cycle.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

4. Failed / Duplicate Payments

In case of a failed transaction where money was debited but the payment status shows failed, or in case of an accidental duplicate payment, contact us with your payment reference ID and we will verify and refund the amount within 7–10 business days.
