These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and software services provided by Info Web Software ("we", "us", "our"), based in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. By using our website, requesting a demo, or subscribing to any of our software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide fully customized, web-based business software including CRM, Hospital Management (HMS), ERP, Courier Management, Inventory Management, Document Management (DMS), Billing/Invoicing and other custom web applications, offered on a monthly rental basis starting at ₹599/month.

2. Rental Model

• Software is provided on a subscription/rental basis, not sold as a one-time product.
• The starting price of ₹599/month applies to base functionality; final pricing depends on the modules, customization and number of users required for your business, and will be confirmed before onboarding.
• Continued access to the software is subject to timely payment of the monthly/annual subscription fee.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to ours. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

4. Customization & Delivery Timelines

Since every software is customized, delivery timelines will be communicated after understanding your requirements during the free demo/consultation. Delays caused by incomplete information or delayed feedback from your side may extend the timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the software by you or your team.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You agree not to use the software for any unlawful purpose.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep our web-based software available and performant, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance or factors outside our control (internet outages, third-party hosting issues) may occasionally affect availability.

7. Intellectual Property

The underlying platform, codebase and design created by Info Web Software remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your business data entered into the software remains your property.

8. Termination

Either party may discontinue the service by providing notice as agreed at the time of onboarding. On non-payment beyond the due date, we reserve the right to suspend access until dues are cleared, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our software, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Uttarakhand having jurisdiction.
